Denise has always been amazed by the concept of flying. Unfortunately, when the military avenue didn’t work out she went the civilian way obtaining her pilot license in 1993. In college she met her husband Chris Walker (Tora Hawk Pilot) who introduced her to warbirds. The warbird lovebug bit hard.

A corporate pilot before having four children then homeschooling them. Now she actively volunteers in several units for the CAF as well as serves on the CAF General Staff. She also has been known to fly her personal airplane in airshows as well
