David Hughston, of Brownsville, Texas, joined the narration team for Tora, Tora, Tora in 2019. An independent insurance agent by trade, David has been Airshow Chairman of CAF AIRSHOW! in South Texas for 27 years. He also has a background in community theater and other performing arts going back over 45 years. David has held numerous positions in the Rio Grande Valley Wing of the CAF and currently serves as Finance Officer. He also is formation rated and owns a 1943 PT 17 (Stearman biplane).

In addition to his participation with the Commemorative Air Force, David has served in leadership positions with numerous non profit/service organizations such as Central Christian Church, Brownsville Chamber of Commerce, Brownsville Economic Development Council, Camille Playhouse, El Paseo Foundation for the Arts and Brownsville Downtown Lions Club.

David and his wife, Nina, are thrilled to be part of Tora, Tora, Tora!
